Expert Window (EWC) began in the 
summer of 1975 as a summer job for Ron Friman. Little did he realize that 25 years later EWC would be a recognized company with the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). Today EWC is operated by both Ron and his wife, Emma, who also serves as vice-president. Together they have worked to create a company that employs full time window cleaners as well as complete full time office staff. The core business of EWC is window cleaning, ultrasonic blind cleaning, gutter cleaning and “hot-water” pressure cleaning.

We conduct monthly company meetings in which we discuss safety issues that are derived from numerous trade publications. We also have team leaders that are responsible for training the staff and making sure that everyone has a positive attitude, thus insuring QUALITY AND SAFETY FIRST.
With more than 25 years experience in the window cleaning field, 8 years serving on the IWCA Board or Directors as well as 3 years experience of being an IWCA Safety Instructor, Ron Friman’s number one priority is safety. “The key to teaching safety is to observe, point out, and correct your window cleaners’ hazardous and any possible detrimental actions,” Ron states at one of his IWCA Regional Safety and Training Seminars.
